I was 18-year-old skinny and the unhealthy kid always wanted to improve my health and fitness,I knew right from the beginning that I had to change to overcome all the obstacle that I was going through on a daily basis, at the start  I didn’t look up to anybody else,my motivation came deep inside of me to change my life and live a very active healthy
